Room is big enough for family. Our room comes with a jacuzzi. Children were so excited when they see it. Value for money and very friendly counter reception officer.

Staff were friendly! The Pool was small but ok. About 500m from sky train. Wi-fi was good.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean! Room needs updating. Need to Man the pool bar! It’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel! And having to dial 6 is ridiculous and then no-one picking up just taking the biscuit!

What was the highlight of Chateau de Bangkok

Great staff always attentive and helpful from the guy on the gate saluting right through to the cleaning staff. Most of all THE BEST BEDS IN THAILAND!! Stayed many times both as a stopover to Europe and also rest and relaxation on the way home or for that shopping experience. Location is wonderful but in a quiet area within a short walk to transport but reputable cabs on the meter everything becomes accessible. Highly recommend this hotel for value comfort and friendliness.

The staff were very friendly and always keen to help out. Great location with an easy, short walk to the skytrain station and shops & restaurants nearby. The breakfast was nice with a good range of food, and the rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi were the best things of all. We would definitely come back again! They hotel also arranged a lovely babysitter for us for one night who we were very happy with.

Great hotel staff and very willing to offer help

Minor issue is getting coffee order taken in hotel cafe Not always having hotel staff available to take order for coffee This is only minor staffing issue.

Very lovely and enjoyable stay.

The room was amazingly big and very comfortable. It was always clean and breakfast was well stocked. The staff was always polite and helpful when we needed information. Would visit again and recommend.

The cocktail bar on the roof was not available and there was no restaurant at all like the description said.

Even though 500m distant from main road, a complimentary tuktuk will bring you to main road with sky-train. Room comfort was good comfortable bed was good, kitchen and sitting area. Pool on roof gave nice refresh after warm shopping day. Personal was friendly.

Very comfortable in a central location

A hotel which is now 25 years old in the Embassy district of Bangkok a short walk from Ploenchit BTS so the location is convenient. The room was very big, like a small apartment, and very clean with good aircon and strong wifi.The bathroom was big with a separate toilet.So overall the room was very comfortable and also the tv had many foreign channels.Breakfast was ok with an acceptable choiceAspects of the hotel are a bit tired but it is very comfortable and decent value for money

Recommend if you want a spacious apartment in the city center to feel comfortable.

The deluxe room was so spacious and comfortable so I felt like I was living in my own apartment. The furniture was a bit old but it gave a comfortable homely feel. The staff at the reception, lobby and even security guards were exceptionally kind and helpful. The location was good - right behind Conrad and close to 7 eleven, starbucks, a few massage spas and 7-10 min walk to the BTS station.

The bed was a bit hard. Furniture and interior design are a bit outdated.

Great place, especially the rooftop pool and the relaxed hours of use. Friendly staff, good location, quiet rooms, good safe to lock things in, sitting area

Shower not suitable for tall people, on the side of an angled spa so you have to do the limbo to wash your hair. Also the towels smelled dank, like dog hair, even the replacement ones

Nice hotel in Bangkok

Big room, nice bed. Big hot tub in the bathroom. Quit close to the BTS and 7-Eleven Nice and friendly staff, service minded.

Even though we had a non smoking room, it smells cigarettes. The facility is a bit worn out, and smelly from the smoking rooms.

If you’re travelling with luggage the walk from the station is more like 10 min long and quite difficult as the side walk is interrupted quite a lot.
